Koch Industries: illegal actions:

The Kochs had looming worries about the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, too. As Bloomberg news later revealed, the company's record of illicit payments in Algeria, Egypt, India, Morocco, Nigeria, and Saudia Arabia was spilling out in a French court. Further, in the summer of 2008, just a few months before Obama was elected, federal officials had questioned the company about sales to Iran, in violation of the U.S. trade ban against the state for sponsoring terrorism.
